rutec has a long, successful company history to look back on. Founded on 1 September 1990 from the former lighting appliance department of Impex International GmbH, rutec was already taking advantage of the booming halogen light market in 1987 with the sole distribution of the KANDOlite halogen lamps. Thanks to its outstanding price-performance ratio, KANDOlite became a well-known brand in commerce and industry.
In the mid-90s, rutec expanded the programme by adding embedding lights - today its core product line. The range of ‘Technical lighting’ has been supplemented by downlights, and now by the brand exterior lighting.
In recent years, our partnership with the company Eaglerise has enabled us to offer our customers high-end electronic transformers certified by the German Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies (VDE).
LED lighting technology is the most recent expansion of our programme.
Our engaged team of employees and representation across Germany provide our customers with quick and competent service. Daily shipping with package service and a sufficient supply of goods in our warehouses in Syke in enable us to ship our products out within 48 hours.
